Return Conditions

Return Cost: The cost of returning the products is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the change or return is due to our company’s error. In this case, we bear the return cost.
Condition of Products: products must be in their original condition, sealed and unused, with all packaging.
Time Margin: The return of products must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days.
Contact: Telephone or written notification of intent to return is required.
Required Documents: The return must be accompanied by the original purchase document.
Non-Returnable Products: Products that have been damaged, altered or broken are not accepted for return. Please check the condition of the products upon receipt and sign for their integrity.
Replacement Pricing: The replacement or refund amount is based on the price of the product upon receipt by our company.
Products on Offer: Non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not been shipped. Cancellation is done by phone or email, and the amount is refunded to the customer at no charge.

Cancellation Procedure

Cancellation Before Shipping: In case the order has not been shipped, the cancellation is done immediately and the amount is refunded either to your bank account or to your credit card.
Cancellation After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, the terms of the Returns Policy apply.
Cancellation of Paid Transaction by Credit/Debit Card: If you wish to cancel payment by card and the products have not been shipped, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for an immediate refund to your card.
